I just got back from the UK and can't stop thinking about the good food here. Definitely one of better reasonably priced Thai Food Restaurants. Great selection of and unique dishes as well as some of your favorite Thai dishes. You'll be hard pressed not to find something amazing you'd like. The food took a while, but we had a large table, all the food came out at the same time. Perfectly prepared and hot.

Had a really great experience at Try Thai with my party of 5 during a short trip to Manchester. The service was amazing, wait staff was really friendly, and the food was great.

Some dishes that stood out were the Pad Thai and Yellow Curry. I would have personally liked the dishes to be a bit spicier though, so I'd recommend clarifying your preferred spice level to them because even a dish with their highest spice level turned out to be not very spicy and definitely less spicy than a dish with a lower spice level. The menu is really large, so it was difficult to choose, but we ended up enjoying everything we ordered. We also ordered some desserts after (fried ice cream, rainbow bean mix, buko pandan, and thai tea); desserts were good but nothing special. Next time, I'd probably opt to get dessert somewhere else. The restaurant itself is very cozy and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good Thai food in Manchester.

I came here for the lunch special at ~10 pounds for 3 courses, and it was pretty good!

I ordered the duck salad, curry noodles with crispy pork, and ice cream.

The duck salad appetizer was a o-kay and very spicy, while the curry noodles were delicious, creamy, and instant noodles just made it more flavorful (I know you might prefer fresh noodles over instant noodles, but I just liked the noodles that way)

Ice cream was not anything special.

Our Airbnb host recommended this place to us, and we are huge fans of Thai food, so we gave it a shot. We started with the fried aubergine in Panang sauce which was WOW. So good!! Then we had the Jungle curry and green curry, which were both fantastic. The Jungle curry was spicier than we expected but not too spicy to distract from the delicious flavors. The green curry was just the perfect amount of spicy, with a killer flavor. We loved the vibe here as well and the staff was nicely attentive. I wish I had more room so I could try their Thai iced tea! Absolutely recommend.

The Thai fish dishes are what keep me coming back.
